General advice to protect yourself and others

As we all know by now the general advice to protect yourself is to wash your hands frequently and properly with an Alcohol based hand rub.

Practice good Respiratory hygiene when coughing or sneezing and cover your mouth and nose with a flexed elbow or arm.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

For the complete list of symptoms, please refer to the HSE website. HSE.ie

Before the lesson begins please take the the following information into consideration

Do you have any symptoms such as High temperature (38 degrees Celsius or above), dry cough or shortness of breath

Do you know anyone who has these symptoms

Have you or anyone you know travelled to or from a high risk area

Be sure you have your own Personal Protection Equipment such as face mask (except those who cannot do so for health reasons) and gloves.
